Angela R. Campbell, MSHI, RHIA, FAHIMA, is an Associate Professor of Health Information Technology at San Juan College with a diverse career spanning more than three decades across provider, payer, vendor, and consulting environments. She focuses on preparing students for success in the evolving health information landscape and is a passionate advocate for expanding career awareness and inclusive pathways in health information and health informatics.

Jill Flanigan, JD, MLS, MS, RHIT is a faculty member at Connecticut State Community College. She coordinates the CAHIIM-accredited Health Information Technology program and the AHIMA PCAP-approved Clinical Coding Certificate. An attorney by training, she contributes to institutional initiatives related to data privacy and compliance. Dr. Yolanda A. Hill is an Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator for Clinical Education in Alabama State University’s Health Information Management Department. She earned her PhD in Organizational Leadership and Management from Columbia International University and holds the RHIA credential. With more than 18 years of experience in health information and healthcare education, Dr. Hill is passionate about workforce readiness, clinical
education, and preparing students to move confidently from the classroom into professional practice.
Lois M. Hitchcock, MHA, RHIA, FAHIMA is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Graduate Program Director of Health Information Management in the Department of Biomedical and Health Information Sciences at the University of Illinois Chicago. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Information Administration from the College of St. Scholastica and a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of LaVerne. Lois is an experienced Health Information Management (HIM) leader, educator, and program director with over 40 years of experience across academic, clinical, and administrative roles. She has expertise in HIM operations, program leadership, accreditation, curriculum development, healthcare quality, and online learning. Lois is an AHIMA Fellow and CAHIIM Peer Reviewer with a long record of advancing HIM education and preparing students for RHIA certification.
Noni is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and a Licensed Attorney with a nursing background in ICU, Risk Management, and Clinical Documentation. She has extensive clinical experience and knowledge acquired from working at large Level I trauma facilities, Academic Medical Centers, and small community hospitals. Her ambitions include building a rapport while conveying her knowledge and experiences to assist others in reaching their goal.
Ma’Kelsius McMeans,MHA, RHIA, C-PAR is an Assistant Professor in the Health Information Management Department at Alabama State University’s College of Health Sciences. She brings over seven years of experience in health information management, specializing in correctional healthcare and medical records administration. Ma’Kelsius earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Alabama State University (2017) and her Master of Healthcare Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery (2024). She holds RHIA and CPAR credentials and has led medical records operations across 14 correctional facilities. Dedicated to compliance, documentation integrity, and HIM excellence, she strives to bridge real-world practice with academic learning.
Dr. Rahul Mittal is an Assistant Professor in Health Informatics at Rutgers University, where he teaches undergraduate research methods. His work centers on course and assessment design that supports student learning, revision, and methodological reasoning across online, hybrid, and in-person formats.
Jennifer Mueller is the Senior Vice President of Health Information Career Advancement Academic Affairs at AHIMA. In this role, she leads initiatives to assess and meet the professional and training needs of the health information (HI) workforce. She oversees AHIMA’s CEU development, educational quality initiatives, and member career advancement strategies. In addition, she provides leadership for Academic Affairs and the Council for Excellence in Education, advancing initiatives that strengthen the profession through curriculum development, faculty support, workforce readiness, research, and efforts to build awareness of the field.
Previously, Jennifer served as the Vice President and Privacy Officer at the Wisconsin Hospital Association Information Center in Madison, Wisconsin. She has also held leadership roles such as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Watertown Regional Medical Center. Her extensive experience includes a term as President of AHIMA and a three-year tenure on its Board of Directors.
Jennifer is deeply engaged in professional organizations at both the national and state levels. Nationally, she is a member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), holding Fellow certifications from both, as well as from the American College of Health Data Management (ACHDM). She is also a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and a Senior Member of the Health Information and Management Systems Society (SHIMSS). In Wisconsin, Jennifer has served as a two-time Past-President of the Wisconsin Health Information Management Association (WHIMA), participates in the Wisconsin Chapter of HIMSS, contributes to the HIPAA Collaborative of Wisconsin (HIPAACOW), and held the role of Treasurer on the board of the Wisconsin Statewide Health Information Network (WISHIN).
Her accolades include WHIMA’s Rising Star Award, Motivator Award, Distinguished Member Award, and Professional Practice Mentor Award. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Stacey Murphy is a healthcare leader with more than twenty years of experience spanning billing, revenue cycle management, coding, auditing, and professional training. She currently serves as a Hospital Billing Compliance Manager for a major New York metropolitan health system and as an Adjunct Professor in the Health Information Management program at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Stacey is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), credentialed by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) for nearly three decades. She is also a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and an AHIMA‑Approved ICD‑10‑CM/ICD‑10‑PCS Trainer, credentials she has held for nearly fifteen years. As an active member of both AHIMA and AAPC, she has contributed extensively to national committees and workgroups that develop billing, coding, and revenue cycle educational resources used by healthcare professionals across the country.
She currently serves as the AHIMA PCAP Chair, following her prior service as a PCAP Reviewer from March 2020 through December 2025.

Anthony Roscoe, MSL, RHIA, FACHDM is the Director of Education for Applied AI in Health Information at AHIMA. With over 25 years of experience in data architecture, governance, and health law, he has led enterprise-wide data initiatives at AmeriHealth Caritas and Highmark Health, enhancing standards in interoperability, data quality, and governance. Throughout his career, he has aimed to leverage data and technology responsibly to improve healthcare outcomes.
In his role at AHIMA, Anthony focuses on integrating applied AI into professional education, equipping health information professionals with the knowledge and confidence to use AI tools effectively and ethically in their daily work. As the Director of Academic Pathways at AHIMA, Marjorie leads national and international collaborations focused on building inclusive career pathways, expanding early access to the health information profession, and developing education models aligned with workforce needs. She consults on global curriculum design and works with institutions and partners to create scalable, future-ready programs that support leadership development and digital health equity.

Dasantila Sherifi, PhD, MBA, RHIA is an Assistant Professor and HIM Program Director at Rutgers University, in the Department of Health Informatics. She has over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education and loves combining some of the traditional methods (such as hands-on activities) with new technologies and tools into her teaching. She believes that a greater learning experience happens when students are presented with a variety of learning resources, assessments, and challenged beyond their comfort zone.
Bridgette S. Stasher, Booker, Ph.D., MBA-IT, RHIA, CHTS-IM, MCCT, FACHDM is Associate Professor and Chair of Alabama State University’s Health Information Management Program and Principal Investigator of the LU-RRTC grant. She holds a doctorate in Public Analysis and MBA in Information Management. Her funded research includes projects with the CDC, American Diabetes Association, and Department of the Air Force, and she has been recognized as one of Mississippi’s 50 Leading Business Women. With certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and Health Data Analytics, she is a leader in health equity, health IT innovation, and community engagement.
Christopher Wheat is an Assistant Professor in the Health Information Technology programs at Moraine Valley Community College and currently works as an inpatient coder and clinical data analyst at the University of Chicago Medical Center. With over 18 years of experience in health information management, he brings a comprehensive perspective that bridges professional practice and academic instruction. He holds dual master’s degrees in health information management and health informatics and maintains multiple credentials through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), including RHIA, CHDA, CDIP, CPHI, CCS, and CCS-P.
Christopher is actively engaged in volunteerism and professional service, contributing to CAHIMA, ILHIMA, and AHIMA. He currently serves as a Council Member on AHIMA’s Professional Certification Approval Program (PCAP) Council. Wheat has served on the ILHIMA Board of Directors as Annual Conference Planning Chair, Director of Education, and President. Joseph C. Brown is the Davenport University’s Chair for the Allied Health and Health Information Management Department. He has 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. His “industry” background includes working in insurance, software management, data analytics, quality improvement, and the urgent care setting. The specific topics include HEDIS, RIsk Adjustment, and CMS Star Ratings.
Academically, Joseph has obtained a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications and mass media, a master’s degree in science in administration, and a doctorate in healthcare administration. Most recently, he obtained the AHIMA’s Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) credential.
His healthcare career has allowed him to visit Switzerland’s World Healthcare Organization, United Nations, and Red Cross offices. Dr. Melissa Koehler, DHA, MBA, RHIA, CHDA, CDIP, CCS, CCS-P, CCDS, CSBI, CRCR, CSPR, FAHIMA, is the AVP of Health Information Management for Inova Health System, where she leads enterprise HIM operations across coding, CDI, and health information services within the revenue cycle. She is a nationally recognized speaker on AI in healthcare, coding transformation, revenue integrity, and HIM workforce strategy, presenting at AHIMA national conferences, state HIM associations, and executive healthcare forums across the country.

He is an associate professor, the department chair, and the graduate program director at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, where he teaches courses on artificial intelligence, data analytics, healthcare research, and health information systems. He holds a master’s degree in biological sciences and a PhD in health informatics from the University of Minnesota, and he is a certified health data analyst (CHDA).

With more than 24 years of experience spanning outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, and pediatric settings, Keisha has built something rare: a career defined not just by what she knows, but by what she builds. She has opened and rebuilt entire Health Information departments from the ground up in hospitals, surgery centers, and specialty clinics. In a corporate setting, where colleagues saw exactly who she was inside and out, she earned Employee of the Year - a testament to the leadership and character she brings to every role. Elizabeth Vainder, MD, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician with 26 years of experience and the founder of DrVCares Pediatrics, a concierge pediatric practice in South Florida specializing in personalized, direct-access care for families.
Dr. Vainder has dedicated her career to the intersection of clinical medicine and innovation, with experience spanning public health, academic medicine, and private practice. Will I receive CEUs for attending?

How do I receive my CEUs?
CEUs will be manually uploaded to each attendee's CEU center within 10 business days after the live event. You must complete a survey before CEUs are granted.
How will I access the virtual summit?
Registered attendees will receive Zoom login information via their registration email approximately three business days prior to the event.
