In this session, you'll get an overview of AHIMA’s nine-step framework for building trust when collecting and using social needs data, along with practical insights on how to apply it in your organization and daily work.  **Building Trust Fireside Chat**   What is the most underutilized tool in healthcare today? Trust. Our speakers will discuss why and how trust can be used to drive better health outcomes and patient experiences. They will also share strategies for building trust between patients and clinicians and connect those strategies to efforts related to social determinants of health data.  **Panel Discussion: Using AI to Advance our Work on SDOH**  AI has the potential to revolutionize healthcare, but for it to do so fully, it must understand the social and environmental factors that influence health outcomes. Speakers will share how their organizations are adopting and utilizing AI technologies to better understand and address patients’ full medical and non-medical history.
