Update on AHIMA Access
Thank you for your patience as we roll out AHIMA’s new digital community platform, Access. We are extending the beta testing period to ensure the best experience for all members. Access will launch soon.
The Cures Act’s information blocking provisions will impact virtually every corner of healthcare. AHIMA’s one-stop digital resource will equip HIM professionals with guidance in relevant areas, while also empowering them to provide evidence-based strategies to collaborators.
For CSAs that opted to use AHIMA’s election software to conduct elections for CSA officers or motions please contact volunteer.services@ahima.org.
This is a complementary service and available upon request to CSAs.
AHIMA Report to the CSAs, CSA Excellence Series
The CSA Excellence Series presentations will be available on the Access CSA Resource Library for your CSA to use at your Annual Meetings. This includes presentations on data analytics, documentation integrity, privacy and security, professional ethics, telehealth, and membership. Thank you to the delegates and Board members for their review.
The number of Delegates for each CSA is determined by the total number of voting members. The 2021-22 apportionment report includes the number of delegates each CSA may elect or appoint to serve in the 2021-2022 House (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022.) This report, the Delegate position description, qualifications and responsibilities, and “Choosing Delegates Guidelines” will be available in the Access CSA Resource Library.
